BestPrep’s Annual Luncheon will be held on May 22, 2013 at Earle Brown Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center. The luncheon honors the educators, students and volunteers from the business community, who have contributed to making BestPrep the premier educational nonprofit organization in the state.

Keynote Address

We are delighted to announce our keynote speakers Dan and Angie Bastian, CEOs of Angie’s Kettle Corn. Ten years ago, when Dan taught high school history in Mankato, MN and Angie was a psychiatric nurse, the creative couple started popping popcorn in a backyard kettle and sold bags of it at popular events. They have been the “Official Kettle Corn” of the Minnesota Vikings since 2003 and later the Minnesota Twins and Minnesota Timberwolves. Angie’s Kettle Corn now populates retail shelves in forty-nine states and is the nation’s second best-selling kettle corn.
