eMentors Volunteer Opportunity
eMentors offers a low time commitment, high impact volunteer opportunity for busy professionals who want to make a difference without leaving the office. We are currently seeking individuals interested in serving as a company coordinator to help facilitate eMentors at their place of work.
Role of an eMentor
As a mentor with your participating company you will be connected to a student to exchange weekly email messages. Mentors encourage students via email helping them to link their learning to the world of work. Mentors and students typically meet once at a school or company sponsored event.

An eMentor company coordinator is a volunteer who has agreed to collaborate with BestPrep and a local school to implement eMentors within their company. Employers, school personnel or members of the community may initiate local partnerships. A Company Coordinator is responsible for recruiting employee volunteers to serve as eMentors to students and planning the face-to-face meeting between students and mentors. Participating in the program demonstrates a commitment to the community and its youth.
