Ways to Participate
Interested Students – Have a blast with business this summer! Discover and apply real life information learned during the week that can be used in your future. MBV is a one-week investment that pays dividends for life!

Nominate a Student Know a high school student who would be interested in attending Minnesota Business Venture this summer? Provide BestPrep with their contact information and we’ll send them a brochure.

Returning Students - Attended MBV in the past? Apply to return as a student staff member or dorm monitor and share your experience with new students. Download information and application here. Applications will be available in January.

Educators – Foster a student’s continuing education! Classroom lessons are validated by applied learning at MBV, and students return to school with a renewed interest. If you think MBV might benefit a student, please don’t hesitate to recommend it! Invite an MBV recruiter into your classroom for a 10-20 minute presentation or submit announcements or an article to the school paper. (Download here in Word format.)

Volunteers – Mentoring students allows you to share your work experience and career knowledge, as well as improve your leadership and management skills. This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community! Several options are available.

Alumni – Since 1981, students have participated in MBV and pursued many career paths. Where did MBV lead you? Frequently, alumni serve as speakers and volunteers in many of BestPrep’s programs. Please complete the Alumni Questionnaire.
