Program Overview
Educator
The Stock Market Game™ is a flexible way to engage students in learning, incorporating multiple disciplines including social studies, math and language arts. The project-based style of the program teaches students skills such as teamwork, decision making and critical thinking, while helping them understand the basics of the American economic system, financial literacy, and current events.
You do not need to be a financial or stock expert to facilitate The Stock Market Game™ in your classroom. BestPrep provides training workshops, lesson plans comprehensive curriculum materials and ongoing support to ensure you and your students have an excellent experience with the program.
Registration
Team Fees
The Fall and Spring Session fee is $20 per team (up to five students per team.)
The Yearlong Session fee is $30 per team (up to five students per team.)

Teacher Training Workshops
Each workshop provides educators with the information needed to successfully advise student teams, including a brief overview of investing and a complete review of the SMG online system and Teacher Support Center. New educators are encouraged to attend a training session.
